Very disappointed with the condition of this property and the breakfast was absolutely disgusting. Mould around windows, toilet filling on and off all night, AC rattling. Eggs were like rubber, paper plates and plastic cutlery all for $189 a night! Give me a break - the worst experience.

Overall a comfortable stay. I was worried at first after reading other reviews but I didn't experience the same issues. The location is great and the free breakfast was up to par. The beds were comfortable, and firm. My main complaint is about the appliances and electronics in the room. The TV was digitally burnt causing portions of it just to be white splotches, while the rest of the TV stayed super dim so that even with the room super dark it was hard to make out the image. The coffee maker did not auto shutoff when brewing was complete and would start burning it's own plastic making an acrid smell. But overall the stay was comfortable.

Very good place for family travel in Houston. Reasonable price and good facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is comparably varied. Most important, near the center of the city, and very convenient to nearly all the places with short distance. The only thing is, if it has a bigger garage that will be perfect.

I traveled to Houston for a business meeting along with family and had a nice comfortable stay at the hotel. Had nice hot breakfast and also had a full size kitchen, so no complaints at all. Location is a plus with convenient access to good restaurants nearby.

kept staying at this hotel cause points redemption value and one of the few places that had self parking. Even if there's stains on the floor or blinds. Smells in the hallway. Noise of plumbing. Traffic noise potential rooms. Many issues from previous stays but I kept hoping and thinking maybe it's just that time or it change. Front desk for most part was courteous. Most likely you will not see them again cause I'm sure it's not the best place to work? Oh one time. No water! Literally bottles of ozarka bottles The final straw that broke the camel's back. I come back to my room and it's missing things like my chargers, cologne and some clothes. I thought at least they would tell me they saw something from the security cameras. Even if they have given someone else's room one time a few years back and I saw their suitcase laptop and cell phone at 2am. Nothing. They told me no room key or camera access. So no one "stole" my stuff then I'm guessing the place is haunted? And guess ghosts live there? The end.
